This Privacy Policy explains how Doedja ("we", "us") handles information in the social media tooling we operate for the web properties listed on our home page. It applies to that tooling and to this website.
We operate software that manages social media accounts we own on Meta platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook) and on other networks. The software:
This site is static. We do not run analytics, ads, or tracking cookies here. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.
For our own accounts we store the access tokens that let our software call each platform's API, plus identifiers for those accounts. We read content and figures from our own accounts as described above.
When our software reads a public post to decide whether to reply, it processes that post's text in the moment to draft a reply. We do not build profiles of other users, and we do not store their personal data beyond the operational record of a reply we posted (the post we replied to and our reply text).
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers that run our tooling:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Our tooling uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel. Your use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Through the YouTube Data API, our software:
We access only our own channel, with credentials authorized by the channel owner. We do not access, store, or share any other person's YouTube data, and we do not use YouTube data for advertising or sell it. The authorization token is held in protected storage and used only to call the YouTube Data API. You can review or revoke our access to your Google account at any time at the Google security settings page (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
Access tokens and account data are held in protected storage and are not exposed publicly. Tokens are transmitted only to the platform that issued them.
We keep access tokens until they expire or we revoke them. We keep operational records (posts we made, replies we made) for as long as the account is active. You can ask us to delete data tied to you (see Data Deletion).
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the Data Deletion page or email doedjavu@gmail.com.
Our tooling is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
